Welcome back to another  PatMan Picks. This time around I wont be talking classic wrestling or video games of yesteryear but I will be telling you good people about a free app/ game that I have discovered on the iPhone. These deals sometimes only last 24 hours, then the free price tag goes back up to original price, so  you better download these while you can. I have been already informing many of the Wpod crew about free titles in the past few days via Facebook, but Bruce suggested I post some of my finds here at the site for all to enjoy. I thought that was a good idea, so, upon occasion that’s what I will do. Check out my first pick below.

Today’s deal is a fun little twin stick shooter with a good scene of humor in its  cut scenes by the name of  Monster Shooter The Lost Levels. I don’t know how long this game will remain free as some of them stay for weeks and others are only 24 hour deals, but its a fun little shooter with  a little bit of an old school Robotron feel to it.  As with most iPhone games, the touch screen joy pads don’t work 100 %  and it can get a little frustrating when your being attacked by swarms of aliens and your directional pad is not up to the task of very fast and precise movement. Still, its good fun so far and I recommend you give it a try.   If it is free, it is for ME!   Check out a few screens I took of the game below.
