Wii 2 “conference slides” leaked,or totally faked? You decide!

A few suspiciously convenient screens have popped up on the internet in the last little while, supposedly showing a few shots of what looks like a secret Nintendo conference with developers about Project Cafe. They have surfaced in forums and sites such as IGN and neowin . While I would love to think that they are totally legit, I have my doubts to be honest. Still you never know and they DO look like they could have come from some sort of event and maybe what we are looking at is the first proof of the Wii 2. They do show specs of a controller that would fit all the latest online rumors, with the ability to stream games directly to each individuals hands. Heck, one  supposed name for the next console from the big N is exactly that, ” Nintendo Stream” .  I have to admit whether or not these pics are legit they do make me more interested in Project Cafe and I for one can not wait to see and hear some concrete information about this new console! What do you think? Are these pics the first real evidence of the Nintendo ” Stream”, or just another online, fake hoax? Check out the pics right here below!

Too good to be true ?

Just how much would this COST?

Those controllers look neat, but the feature seems kind of odd for a selling feature. It's not really a portable, so I don't get the point to it. Also wondering what this means for the motion control side of Nintendo? Provided this is legit, are they going to go the Kinect route next?

Im not 100 % convinced that these are legit pics. But if they are, its not showing the motion side of the new console as you said G. Nintendo Stream / Wii 2/ Project Cafe is rumored to be backwards compatible with the Wii so the numchuck and Wii mote will work on it in theory, but after playing around with my Kinect, I hope the Big N goes the camera route to be honest as there is MUCH more potential to be had.

The only thing here that is fishy about the entire concept is the cost that would come with a powerful system and all those LCD controllers. Unlike all the other videogame companies , Nintendo has never in its history taken a loss when selling a system, even at launch, so unless they re willing to try something different this time and use the massive profits from the Wii/ 3dS/ DS sales as a buffer , I am afraid to think of its price tag !

I tend to lean towards fake with these photos. I recall the great Xbox slim photos that turned out to be a cleverly photographed HD-DVD drive. Granted the speculation about this new console will do nothing but help the big N. As I said on the podcast I suspect will know what is what at E3 with a slight chance of there being an announcement sooner than that.
