Wonderpod 75

Friday means another episode of Wonderpod is ready to roll out. This weeks show is hard to sum up in mere words.Personally I had a lot of fun recording it and laughed quite a bit while editing. Let’s put it this way, we had no news so things got creative and according to at least one person a little awkward.

I've got the games button on my Google plus as of right now… check yours, you might have it now.

Dug the varied response to my 5 time removed cousin's question this week, which means it was a good one. I don't think he always agrees with the points he alludes to in those questions, rather wants to generate conversation. That came out good.

Overall a pretty damn fine episode, albeit a little twisted near the end…

Also, to note. I was a little upset my buddy was selling his 360 Slim and all his stuff. Originally he was asking for $200 for everything, and I jumped on that right away and told him I would pick up the Kinect for $20 as anyone getting everything else for the same price was still a steal. I also told him that if he changed his mind, I would (and seriously would) sell it back for the exact same price. Turns out he saved it for me, sold the rest (including six games) to another good friend of mine. I think he hates Kinect now since he broke his foot a while back playing the hurdles variant of Kinect Sports and never wanted to play again. I don’t know why he wanted to sell the rest, but noted that he never played it anymore. To him, three weeks means “never” apparently. Since he sold off the console, I guess it’s pretty likely it’s mine now. Oh well, I looked it as a deposit in order to try and “talk him down.”

Yes Bruce, I do totally remember the “Little Generals” anecdote from a previous episode. Ha ha! That kind of inspired my shenanigans with Pat that night. It was really funny taking the gas canisters out of the pool for about 3 minutes as the guy kept up his shtick. I found a neat hiding place for them as well.

Off to shave Pac-Man into my chest hair…

I still don't have the games icon on my G+, oh well they said it will be "coming in waves". Maybe they are giving it to the people that are actually USING G+ first? So, that would rule me out.
I agree that this was a very good episode and a testament to not having to put a bunch of news in just because we "need" news on the show.
