After skipping the last few Call Of Duty titles in favor of the BF series, I am "thinking" about trying out the latest COD. It is currently a toss up between BF4 & COD. I don't think I can wait for TitanFall until I shoot someone in the face on my Xbox One. Is anyone here interested int the new COD, or have we all "graduated" out of it for good?

Any thoughts on the new COD vs BF4??

Well, Modern Warfare 2 had a level where you get to shoot a bunch of innocent civilians in an airport and I heard this next one involves you entering a nursery with a chaingun.

My demeanor towards CoD has been hit and miss. On one end I love the gameplay, hate the players that plague it. On another hand I think the gameplay style is a fresh and unique take on FPS games, on the other, they put the same game out virtually every year. As a rule of thumb, I prefer Treyarch's vision of a CoD game cause they offer a lot of accessibility. Bots for multiplayer matches, additional options, and currency to purchase upgrades when you want them, as well as the fact the visuals are more graphic, where as Infinity Ward loves to censor itself, and yet feels the need to have controversial missions or scenes to promote it, which is contradictory.

Since this is an Infinity Ward title, I am not all that stoked. I'd love to say I'll be picking this up, cause playing any CoD with friends is a fun endeavor, but with needing to sparse purchases and prioritize on games I really want to play, CoD Ghosts is kind of low on my list. If I happen to have enough for GameFly by then, I MAY add it to the queue, but a game like that, will likely not arrive anytime soon.

I honestly wish there was just a way to rent or borrow it. It looks fun, but I'm not buying it new unless some misguided family member gives me a Gamestop gift card or something...and even then, I might just pick up JRPGs with that. Problem with those games is if I DON'T buy it new, then by the time I buy it, no one else will be playing it.
