There are times a game will make you stop and stare. In this case it was in a what the hell kind of way. The game is called Pac-Man fight. I am not sure what Namco is going to think of this little 3D platformer, but it was worth a post to me. While I am here let me leave a little advice to Chrome game developers. You guys might want to look into a true full screen option for your games. The easier it is for me to screen shot. The more likely I will write about your game.
The game play is your standard platfom jumping, coin collecting affair. Mind you the coins are power pellets in this case. There are super jump pads and you can also collect shuriken’s to destroy the ghosts with. Given the theme of the game the shuriken’s work perfect. Still I wouldn’t of minded if they had found a way to use the traditional Pac-Man power up.
After I got over seeing Pac-Man and the Ghosts in ninja form, I loved the rest of the graphics. It’s a tropical dojo mix. For a flash game its really well done. The animations when Pac-Man takes hits and the ghosts die are above average. The music is decent, but gets really old after a while. That could be just me as I am fairly picky about game music.
Considering how many games for Chrome are crap. A game like Pac-Man fights is a nice find. There is no telling how long it will last on the store. I will see if I can actually finish the game before it gets yanked. By the way the image above of the ghost biting the big one is hilarious. If you love Pac-Man and use Google Chrome be sure to check this one out. It will easily kill off a few hours
I will have to try this one out before Namco gets wind of it. Looks decent, and kind of funny!
