Wonderpod Episode 53

It is once again time for Wonderpod. We are using a Russian roulette method to choose hosts. So far it has worked rather well. We may need to get a larger pool of potential host, but will set fire to that bridge when we get to it. Wow I am really losing it with introductions. I may need to do seven face palms, while you enjoy this

That dude with visual impairment is a hero! The use of audio to play is something that I honestly smiled when hearing about! 🙂

Why is it that most music based games focus on the use of the eyes to line up the timing of a song, when music has little expectations on the ability to have use of one's eyes. Seriously. Something about this makes no sense (no pun intended… but…). Dudes like Ray Charles, Jeff Healey, and Stevie Wonder are just a few examples of why.

For that reason, I am glad that Guitar Hero is dead. Not the elitist "Oh, well I play REAL guitar argument." Nope. Rather the, "You don't need to have the ability to use your eyes to play music" argument. Or games, for that matter.

Feel free to talk about it here and/or the next podcast.

Good episode! While you got a rant, I loved this week's installment!

… also…. wait… are those links to what you are "talking" about? Quotation marks?

We still remain on opposite ends of this one, but I remain in the link it camp.

    Audio-"Master" G out!

Those are links showing the difference between real Minecraft and clone crap. From now on if the story or subject warrants it, I will use links. They look god awful and cluttering to me, but Glasenator had an excellent reason for doing it this week.

It was a pretty good show, and if the magic number of hosts will remain at 3, then the listeners will have some different combinations of voices/opinions to hear as the weeks go by.
