Kudos to G yet again for masterfully guessing the music on his first try. BUT NOT THIS TIME!! I’m confident of that. Probably! Anyway, here are you hints:

– Though it may sound like it, it’s not an RPG.
– Yes, that is a pirate theme at the end, because the final boss is fought on a pirate ship.

Really wish I'd have gotten it out sooner. We did that podcast last month. :p
I know the intro music and the outro music, I was even making the noise in my head that the boss made when you attack him. But because Im the first to comment I will let someone else try and guess. But I do know what it is.
As for Diddy Kong racing on the DS, it also had a track editor, something that was not in the original N64 version. However due to the limitations of the hardware and memory space the tracks you make have no textures. Its just an all white canvas with all white tracks. I guess you could say the tracks are all in an ice snow level in a massive snow storm if you wanted to save face . haha IMO Diddy Kong racing was better than Mario Kart 64, however Mario Kart DS was better than Diddy Kong DS.
OK ,since no one is guessing or they just don't know the game music , both the intro and the ending are from……………….. Donkey Kong Country!
