Get Your Minecraft LEGO This Summer.

Looks like Minecraft fans will be able to take their fun PC gaming obsession right into the real world this summer as Minecraft and Lego have teamed up to release, well, Minecraft LEGO!  While I am not big into the Minecraft thing to be honest, I know some members of the Wpod crew are excited about this news and what better company than LEGO to partner up with for this project? The Wpod crew discussed this on a previous episode of Wonderpod Video-Game podcast just a little while ago and both Bruce and Glasenator were interested in it. So, why not take a look at a few pics of Lego Minecraft  while you wait for Summer? Have fun with your imagination and building skills! Check out the pictures right here, after the break.

  1. Al Creed says:

    Isn't this just normal LEGO?

    • _G_ says:

Pretty much. But most of the gimmick themed LEGO of the modern era is just a matter of particular pieces and color coordination.

  2. BruceMcGee says:

They might be just normal LEGO or clever color coordination of regular bricks. Going off of just screen shots I think they did a good job of representing Minecraft, however they put this set together. It may very well to get me to buy one and I don't normally go in for video game based toys.

Exactly. Hence the charm. At the end of the day, all of this is just LEGO. But one thing they do do well, is capture the gimmick of whatever the theme of the set is very well. Hell, they've made bloody video games based on the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman, etc of the parts. I think kids (and adult uberfans of Minecraft, admit it Bruce!) will enjoy this. But rule number one of LEGO from the get go, is immediately toss away the instructions (at least for me).

  3. That’s a nice share now LEGO will be involved in the activities for upgrading Minecraft .All Minecraft players hold your heart because there are some thrilling upcoming arrivals. We are again in the world of newer fascinating innovation.
