Biff Zongo: School For Really Dumb Rapists

Hi my name is Fredrik. I do this comic “Biff Zongo” with my friend Jan (we have weird names because we are from Sweden).
The comic has been described as “a strange blend of bad-taste, high-brow, below-waist, elitist white trash screwball comedy”.

G asked me if I wanted to publish some of the comics here.
Sure thing 🙂

We have new comics on biffzongo.com Mondays and Thursdays.
And I’m going to post selected comics from the archive here Thursdays.

I hope you like some of them.
Fredrik

About this comic: Can you joke about rape? You probably can, but don’t ask me because I haven’t done it yet. This is a joke about rapists. Please don’t send angry letters to me. Send angry letters to rapists, they are the bad guys. You may even say that I am something of a hero for making fun of them. Yeah I said it! A god damn hero! That’s me…

Halo CE Anniversary Multiplayer Maps. What’s Old Is Now Shinny & New.

Here are a couple videos featuring classic Halo CE maps, looking all shinny and new using the Halo Reach engine for the upcoming anniversary of the legendary series. To make things a bit more clear, Halo CE Anniversary will be using the Halo Reach Engine only for the multiplayer mode of the game. The engine for the single player mode is a different one made specifically for the remake. Its an interesting engine that ,if you desire, allows you to go” back in time” and play the game using the original graphics engine. Why someone would want to do that more than once or twice when they bought a REMAKE instead of just downloading the original right now for cheaper is beyond me, but hey its a nice touch for the super hardcore Halo fans out there, I suppose. So lets take a look at the movies and see some classic Halo action remade all shinny and new.  I have to admit, Beaver Creek is looking very nice these days!  Check out the levels in action below, after the break

New Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Trailer Looking Impressive.

Here is the latest trailer for BF3, and to say it is “looking very nice” would have to be an understatement. The trailer is no doubt running on a high end PC, so those of you with the hardware will be in FPS heaven when it launches. Still, I have seen footage of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions and they are also impressive for the consoles, so we will all be in for some serious action when the game is released. The more I see BF3 in action and consider the team based class system of  online gameplay, the more I find it difficult to be excited about COD MW3. Im not here to “hate on”the COD franchise, I will still probably buy MW3 at some point and enjoy it. However, its obvious that the COD franchise has stiff competition in BF3. With the Battlefield franchise there is an engine that keeps getting better and better with each new title, instead of staying the same, like in COD. Consider this trailer a wake up call to all the FPS out there. Now, the only thing we have to fear is the online network lag ,splitting up of parties and disconnection issues that plague most console shooters.

Regrub’s Match from 8/13/11 – MPX “To Be Kings 2011” Wrestling Event!

Out in the Heartlands, there is a different kind of Wrestling going on. It isn’t the fancy, staged kind of wrestling you see on National Television. It is the “Old School” kind of Wrestling! It is Wrestling FROM THE HEART. Heartland Wrestlers fight like they have No Tomorrow! Remember “Andre the Great” and “The Sheik” ? These are the Heroes of Yesteryear. This is how we Fight in the Heartland. This is how we FIGHT at MPX! We are Fighters! We are Spartans!

My name is Regrub. I challenge my opponents in rings across Texas! I’m not your glossy kind of TV Wrestler. I’m real! I’m tough! I fight in Death Defying Matches! I’m here to report on some my matches:
Today, I’m writing about: My match from 8/13/11 at MPX Wrestling. The Event was titled “To Be Kings 2011.” We had some amazing wrestlers and matches. I had two matches.

1st Match:
We had a Tag match: Luchifer (formerly Lucha Lucha) and Regrub vs James Hawke & Seph.
Luchifer and I slaughtered them. Seph started off with a cartwheel driver – pump handled move. (his own version) One of the big reasons this was such a challenging match is because Seph and Lucha were once partners. What was to our benefit was that Lucha was able to distract Seph so I could take advantage and take Seph down. In short, I pinned James Hawke and Destroyed him in Seconds!
Behind the scenes: For those “in the know”, I have to silently admit—there was “cheese” involved! I accidently took out the REF (bumped him). However, we were not without a Good REF for long. Thanks to my good friend – Kyle Valo… he was able to FIND a backup REF — Ryan Gauge. He came in to REF and he officiated well.
MATCH: ReGrub and Luchifer of Team Kyle Won!

2nd Match:
It was sort of an odd pairing. We had Random Tag Partners. The little guy, PAYDAY, had the 350 pound “WASP” as a partner. My tag team partner was Luchifer again. I was really, really disappointed in WASP. He “supposedly” was a member of my team, Team Kyle. All WASP had to do was lay there so I could make the pin fall. Then, as a form of loyalty and partnership, I could help WASP win the MPX champion until further notice. But WASP decided to choose his own agenda. He decided he would rather WIN that night… BEAT ME, his Team Member! He was supposed to be a Member of Team Kyle! What a turncoat! He Betrayed our TEAM! Team KYLE.

I tried to help Team Kyle. I Tried to destroy WASP for betraying us.
The Damned REF didn’t cooperate. The REF from match 1 came back and took over for the Good Ref, REF Ryan Guage. That hurt us. He was unbelievably UNFAIR! What a turn of events!
Luchifer and I continued as hard as we could. We tried so hard to destroy WASP. However, WASP managed to tag PAYDAY. I did manage to tag Luchifer before tagging myself back in. However, in the end, PAYDAY slipped out of my hands (he must have rubbed some type of oil on himself) while WASP made the attack against me – AT THE SAME TIME! Ultimately, PAYDAY pinned me with WASP’s help. Even my friend Luchifer couldn’t help.
MATCH: The Traitor WASP & PAYDAY deceivingly WON!
But don’t worry, REGRUB will find a way to Avenge!!! Heh! Heh! Heh!

PatMan Picks Retro PC Games. MechWarrior 2

Aside from occasionally going to a friends house to check out a new title now and then, I used to play the majority of my PC games alone. And to be honest, I liked it that way. Some of my friends, including my very own brother, didn’t enjoy playing video games as much as I did and PC video games were even further down thier list on the video game food chain. So when MechWarrior 2 came out I was very surprised to see those very same friends, even my brother, completely addicted to this title. What made this PC classic  video game so different from the others? Why did they spend so much time in front of the big bulky PC monitor when they hardly ever did with any games in the past? Was it the games very atmospheric music and sound effects which were absolutely great for its time? Or maybe it was the convincing female voice of the navigation computer? Was it the strategy elements or maybe the complexity of the controls that FPS just didn’t have? I honestly think it was all of those aspects of MechWarrior 2, along with its slower and more realistic gameplay that had them absolutely hooked. I also enjoyed the game as well, but the slower pace and the over heating of the Mech’s sometimes led me to a lot of deaths and frustration. Maybe the fact that those non PC gaming friends were better than I was at the title also frustrated me. Still, it was a great game for its time and my favorite Mech game to date. The visuals were very good as it ran smoothly on my PC and I think this really helped players feel like they were a part of this fun, but very deadly, virtual world. For what ever reason I will always remember Mechwarrior 2 not for what a great game it was, even if it was truly a PC classic, but for the game that my non PC gaming friends loved and were addicted to.

G Picks Stampede Wrestling Classics: Summerslam 1994

Once again G has invaded your regularly scheduled PatMan Picks Saturday throw back to the Stampede Wrestling article. Yep, and once again I am here to screw it up by referencing a promotion that is not the one from Calgary. This week, we go way back to 1994 and the fallout from WrestleMania X.

Wonderpod 75

Friday means another episode of Wonderpod is ready to roll out. This weeks show is hard to sum up in mere words.Personally I had a lot of fun recording it and laughed quite a bit while editing. Let’s put it this way, we had no news so things got creative and according to at least one person a little awkward.

Impact Wrestling: 08/11/11

Impact had one of their Steal-A-Views on Sunday, and I’m told it sucked… hard, actually. Nothing notable happened outside of Heath Farley lost his title to Kurt Angle in part to Hulk Hogan tossing a steel chair into the ring while the referee was getting a pretzel from the concessions.

Autosave Rant Rebuttal

So if you haven’t guessed by now this is a rebuttal to Gunsage’s rant that he just posted.  It’s right below mine, so if you haven’t read it yet, do that and then come back.  Anyway let’s get started.  Here’s my two cents on autosaves.
