Time for another episode of Wonderpod. This weeks show is off and on the rails several times. Then again we are not sure the show even has rails or track. Enjoyable show to record and hopefully that translates to a fun listen. See you next week folks.

RPG of the Year – 2011
I was hoping this year would be a little more eventful and tough to pick a top 5, but it really isn’t. Sure, the top 5 are EXCELLENT and there are a few good runner ups, but there are also a lot of terrible MMOs and poorly thought out mobile games. There are 81 games […]
How An Achievement Caused Introspection – Skyrim
Skyrim is a fantastic game where even something as minor as sidequesting can be fun, interesting, and even a well told story all in its own. Some of the sidequests in Skyrim are much more entertaining than the main storyline…so much so that the main storyline pales in comparison to it. This seems to be […]
5 Things I Hate About Skyrim
Skyrim has hit most gamers’ Game of the Year for 2011, if not their personal top 10 list. In saying that, I must admit it’s one of the finest games I’ve ever played. There are a few problems, however, that could have been ironed out to make the game even more fantastic and unfortunately these […]
RPG of the Year – 2002
This was a surprisingly dry year, at least compared to last year. There are only 18 games this time and sadly, not all of them are great. Let’s hop into it!
FPS of the Year – 1997
Terribly sorry about the delay. I meant to post this yesterday, but…well…my 360 died…AGAIN…and as a result, I also didn’t get L.A. Noire upon its release date. Very sad stuff, but I should be resolving that shortly. In any case, this is yet another big year that houses some of my all-time favorite FPSs. And […]
FPS of the Year – 1996
…Fucking hell. I was worried this might happen. Okay, as a general disclaimer, there are some serious BIG games this year…many of which would normally be #1, no problem. I’m confident in my #1, however, especially as it’s my favorite FPS. Yes, as in ever. No shitting. No peaking, now! Read through it, goddammit!
Skyrim – Teaching Us How Frail And Weak We Are Through Gaming
When you play an RPG, you’re constantly told that you’re the chosen one, but still made to feel weak, even though you have incredible powers. It’s a constant contradiction. Look, in the Breath of Fire games, you can change into A FUCKING DRAGON, but often there are forces far more powerful than you and your […]
