PatMan Its friday and the weekend is upon us, so why not take a moment and check out the latest trailer for Battlefield 3? I have to admit the game looks gorgeous, even if thats probably high end PC footage we are looking at. The trailer teases some of DICE’s famous destructible environments ,which really set it apart form other shooters I have played lately where you can hide from a tanks cannon behind a thin fence. ( Hi Homefront) ! Anyways these trailers for Battlefield 3 are making me want the game more and more. Going up against COD MW3 is probably a bad idea for the game, but hell I will probably be enjoying both when the time comes. Have a great start to your weekend!

Dice is claiming that the visuals will be just as awesome on the consoles as they are on PC. I doubt that is true and really I don't care about that. This game will be a day one purchase for me, while COD will be a day never purchase.
I figure with where Modern Warfare 2 left off, I figure 3 will be all about Soap and Price running from the bad guys and eventually you will find out they have a torrid love affair in the pack of a humveee somewhere in the arctic. While laser whales battle it out.
