Bruce McGee Oh boy it is an angry morning here in the McGee compound. At one time in the not to distant past I would of just exploded with rage all over the page. These days I just suck it down and write about shit that matters to no one, yet it entertains me and that is purpose of this exercise. It makes no difference if I get mad anyway. Whether through poor communication skills or just plain shitty luck I am horrible at dealing with my fellow humans. I suppose it should be more depressing than enraging, but anger has always been a good fuel for me. In fact in about an hour or so I will turn that rage against my daily work grind and get it out that way. Probably for the best, although I have be told I am entertaining when angry

RPG of the Year – 1990
January 18th, 2011 gunsage It occurred to me while writing my article regarding how I’ll remember Final Fantasy that it probably wasn’t fair to leave out so many great RPGs. Then I realized, if I did that, goddamn that would have been a ridiculously long article. Then again, it was already pretty long, so why not figure out which were the BEST. January 18th, 2011 Bruce McGee I am pretty sure at this point the world or at least the authorities are aware of my thoughts. I don’t mean that in a paranoid mind control sense. More of a hey we have heard all about this guy and will let karma help us sense. Yesterday was a classic example of what I am trying to describe. Occasionally I will get a goofy idea in my head and act upon it. Since I was working close to a state highway at the edge of the ranch, I thought about mooning a car for a good hour or so. When I finally decided I would do it, I heard the car coming got my pants at the ready and just before dropping them I checked to make sure the car was in view. The car was in fact a California Highway Patrol car and not something I should be mooning. Well unless I want to see the inside of the county jail that is. Karma the bloody mind reader.

January 16th, 2011 Bruce McGee It is Sunday, a day of rest for some and a day of hangover for the rest of you. I wrote a series of stories toward the end of my time at the Morphine Nation. They were silly, a bit crazy and above all fun. The hero of the story was a character I created long ago and finally found something to plug him in to. Interestingly the first story was written two to three years before the rest of the series. So from episode two on, they were written on a weekly basis. A lot of what was going on in my daily life at the time influenced what went in to each episode. I am proud to present Mister Sandy Toaster Pant’s and his adventures.
